Funding scheme 4. Wellcome Trust, UK students

Applications for the Wellcome Trust funding scheme for students registered at UK institutions closed on 28 February.

Reimbursement

If you have been awarded financial assistance under scheme 4, you will have been emailed the necessary claim form by the BSHS. The Wellcome Trust awards will be administered by the University of Manchester and the completed claim form, with original receipts, can be submitted in a number of ways:

• by hand at the registration desk in University Place during the Congress, in an envelope marked for the attention of Rachel Abbott;
• by mail to Rachel Abbott, CHSTM, 2.21 Simon Building, The University of Manchester, Oxford Road, Manchester M13 9PL, UK;
• by email (if all your receipts are electronic) to rachel.abbott@manchester.ac.uk.

Once your attendance at the Congress has been confirmed, your claim will be processed by the University of Manchester and you will be reimbursed by cheque.
