Dear colleagues
Firstly, to all who have recently registered or expressed an interest in the 2013 International Congress of History of Science, Technology and Medicine: hello, and welcome to the iCHSTM 2013 general announcements mailing list. This list carries occasional news, scheduling announcements, and other useful information about the Congress, for delegates who will be visiting Manchester in person and also for those following at a distance. We ask that all attendees remain subscribed to avoid missing important announcements, but you can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of any email. To those who were already on the list: I'm writing to let you know that we hit problems with our mailing list software earlier today, which resulted in a planned announcement reaching some, but not all members. We have just transferred all the addresses to another system which we hope will be much more stable (confidentiality is maintained as before).
With apologies, we are therefore going to re-circulate today's message to the entire list, together with an additional announcement about publisher opportunities which arrived today. Please excuse any teething problems, and thank you for your patience!
