EARLY DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION CLOSES ON SUNDAY 14 APRIL

Registration at the early discounted rate will close in ten days’ time. After Sunday 14 April, registration will be available at a higher rate until Monday 1 July, which is the final deadline for all registrations.

Please note that the registration process is managed by the University of Manchester's conference services group. If you have any queries about the registration process, please direct them to mcc.reg@manchester.ac.uk .

Some contributors have contacted us to say that their attendance is conditional on receiving funding from the BSHS/Wellcome Trust grant schemes. The BSHS has advised us that the assessment process is almost complete, and all applicants should be advised soon. Successful applicants will be able to register before the 14 April deadline.

 

PROGRAMME UPDATES

The online programme has recently been updated to include various recent additions, more timeslot information, and search facilities. Please see

The programme is NOT complete or definitive: we are still working on several revisions in response to recent requests. If you have an outstanding query, thank you for your patience, and please bear with us: we hope to have all queries resolved by next week.

Future versions of the programme will carry details of special discussion sessions, lunchtime workshops for early-career researchers, and a range of evening events. Stay tuned!

 

TRAVEL VISAS AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION

If you need to apply for a visitor’s visa to enter the United Kingdom, the earliest you can do so is three months in advance of your outbound travel. If you’re travelling directly for the Congress, this will be around Sunday 21 April. We recommend that you apply as early as possible, as the process can (occasionally) take up to 12 weeks.
